About Us

Meet Our Steering Committee

Alaskans for Wildlife is a collection of working and retired professionals and lay persons including wildlife scientists, educators, mushers, hunters, oilfield workers and those of other pursuits, all interested in promoting the welfare of living wildlife.

We gather regularly to promote respect for living Alaskan wildlife, especially those considered predators such as wolves and bears. We compile information and issue action alerts to a statewide list of cooperators and any other individuals who we know wish to promote living wildlife
